Account deletion

Your account.
Your call.

You can remove local-only data through your device. If you protected progress with a supported provider such as Google, you can also delete the linked Railcade account and cloud progress.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Railcade while signed in.
  2. Open Settings, then Rider & progress.
  3. Open Account & privacy.
  4. Choose Delete Railcade account and confirm.

If your provider requires a recent sign-in, sign in again and retry.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot access the app, email support@railcade.com from the address associated with your protected sign-in and write “Delete my Railcade account.” We may request limited verification to avoid deleting someone else’s data.

Current playtest limitation

The in-app action deletes your protected account and synced progress. To request removal of associated public Rider profiles, Rider Code, leaderboard entries, and Following or blocking records as well, email support using the request above. We will verify the request and review the associated records. Signing out or uninstalling alone does not request cloud-data deletion.

What is deleted

Your Railcade authentication identity and protected cloud progress, including synced settings, achievements, scores, unlocks, and account-scoped gameplay counters, are removed by the in-app account deletion action. Associated social and leaderboard records currently require the support review described above. Local data on devices is removed separately by clearing app data or uninstalling.

What may remain

Security, fraud-prevention, legal, dispute, and backup records may be retained only as reasonably necessary, then deleted or de-identified under applicable retention procedures. Aggregated information that no longer identifies you may remain.
