These Terms govern your use of Railcade, a game provided by Daygull Studios LLC. By using the game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Website purchases and refunds

Website ad removal is a one-time purchase, not a recurring subscription. After the digital benefit has been delivered, we do not offer refunds solely for a change of mind. This does not limit remedies required by applicable consumer law, including for a defective or undelivered service. Contact support@railcade.com for a website billing issue. For Apple or Google Play purchases, use the store’s refund process. See our purchase information / 特定商取引法に基づく表記 for seller information, pricing, payment, delivery and requirements.

Eligibility

You must meet the age and permission requirements applicable to your use of Railcade. A parent or guardian must authorize use or data processing where the law or your platform requires it. Signing in does not replace a required parental authorization. Railcade offers local play for children, teens and adults. Online features depend on eligibility, required permissions, platform and availability. Eligible teens may access the limited online features described in our Privacy Policy. Advertising is limited to eligible adult sessions. Purchases remain subject to applicable eligibility and any required store or parental authorization; purchase-first versions do not require a Railcade account.

Your license

We grant you a personal, limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable license to use Railcade for lawful entertainment. Daygull Studios and its licensors retain all rights in the game, branding, software, art, audio, and service.

Accounts and progress

You may play locally. Where online features are available to your session, optional account protection can link a supported sign-in provider to cloud progress. You are responsible for your provider account and device security. Scores, achievements, unlocks, and remote content are service features, not property or currency, and may be corrected when affected by bugs, abuse, or invalid data.

Acceptable use

Do not cheat, automate play, exploit bugs, interfere with the service, access another person’s data, reverse engineer except where law expressly permits it, bypass security, or use Railcade unlawfully. We may limit or terminate access reasonably needed to protect players, the service, or legal rights.

Updates and availability

We may update gameplay, balance, themes, achievements, remote content, and technical requirements. The service may be interrupted or discontinued. We do not promise that every feature, score, or item will remain available forever.

Purchases and advertising

Where permitted, optional purchases and their prices are shown before purchase. Purchase-first versions do not require a Railcade account. Required platform and payment permissions still apply. The relevant store or payment provider handles the transaction under its terms. Advertising availability depends on platform, privacy choices and ad-free entitlement. Children, teens and unknown-age sessions do not receive in-game advertising. Local-only sessions do not need an ad-removal purchase. Existing ad-free ownership is preserved; sign-in does not replace required payment authorization. A verified purchase can optionally be linked to one Railcade account for use across supported platforms. New website purchases use the recovery email chosen before checkout to recover browser access. Clearing browser storage is different from requesting deletion: website purchases cannot be recovered after their purchase records are erased, including through deletion of a linked Railcade account. Apple and Google Play purchases use the original store’s restore process. Deletion does not request a refund; purchase restoration does not restore deleted gameplay. See our account deletion page.

Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Railcade is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free play, fitness for a particular purpose, or preservation of every score or item.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Daygull Studios and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost data, lost profits, or loss of goodwill arising from Railcade. Where liability cannot be excluded, total liability will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Railcade during the prior twelve months or US $25.
